  2. Configure the analysis options:
    • Minimum word length: Words shorter than this length will be excluded from analysis.

    • Include phrases: Also analyze 2-word and 3-word phrases.
    • Exclude words: Specify additional words to exclude (common words like "the", "and", etc. are automatically excluded).
  3. Click "Analyze Content" to generate the report.
  4. Review the results across the different tabs (single words, 2-word phrases, 3-word phrases).
  5. Use the "Copy" button to copy the results for further use.

Understanding the Results

The analysis provides:

  • Summary: Total word count, unique words, and readability score
  • Single Words: Individual keywords sorted by frequency
  • 2-Word Phrases: Two-word combinations that appear frequently
  • 3-Word Phrases: Three-word combinations that appear frequently

For each word or phrase, you'll see:

  • Count: How many times it appears in the text
  • Density: Percentage of the text made up of this word or phrase

SEO Recommendations

For optimal keyword usage in SEO content:

  • Primary keywords should have a density between 1-3%
  • Secondary keywords should have a density between 0.5-1%
  • Avoid keyword stuffing (density above 5%)
  • Aim for content that reads naturally
  • Use related terms and synonyms rather than repeating the same keyword

What is Keyword Density?

Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears in your content compared to the total number of words. While there's no ideal keyword density, most SEO experts recommend a natural density between 1-3% for target keywords.

Why is Keyword Density Important?

Keyword density helps you understand how your content might be perceived by search engines. It can help you identify:

  • If you're overusing certain keywords (keyword stuffing)
  • If your target keywords appear frequently enough
  • Natural language patterns in your content
  • Potential topics for related content

Pro Tip

Use the readability score to ensure your content is accessible to your target audience. A score of 60-70 is considered ideal for general audience content.
