Creating Your Signature:
  1. Fill in your personal information (name, job title, contact details).
  2. Add company details like name, website, and address.
  3. Select a template style that suits your preferences.
  4. Choose a color scheme that matches your brand.
  5. Upload a company logo if desired (recommended size: 200x60px).
  6. Add social media links by checking the relevant platforms.
  7. Click "Generate Signature" to preview your email signature.
  8. Copy the signature using the provided buttons.
Adding Your Signature to Email Clients:
  • Gmail: Go to Settings > See all settings > General > Signature > Create new > Paste your signature > Save changes.
  • Outlook: Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures > New > Paste your signature > Save.
  • Apple Mail: Go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures > Add signature (+) > Paste your signature > Close.
  • Thunderbird: Go to Tools > Account Settings > [Email Account] > Signature text > Paste your signature > OK.
